Terms of Service

1. Studio Booking & Minimum Duration

All studio reservations at tryrgix are billed at the published base rate of 190 EUR per hour. The minimum bookable studio reservation is two (2) continuous hours, which includes 30 minutes of pre-session host audio level calibration.

2. Overrun Policy

Production sessions that extend beyond the reserved slot by more than 15 minutes are billed in additional 30-minute increments at the standard pro-rated rate, subject to studio calendar availability.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Written notice of rescheduling received at least 48 hours prior to call time incurs zero rescheduling fees. Cancellations submitted with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 50% reservation retention to cover held technical staffing.

4. Media Ownership & Archival

Clients maintain 100% intellectual property ownership of all sound and video recordings created during their session. tryrgix accepts no liability for media uncollected after the 30-day post-production retention window.

5. Applicable Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
