1. Information We Collect
At tryrgix ("we", "our", or "the studio"), we collect only necessary personal data required to arrange studio reservations, execute technical requirements, and deliver production files. This includes contact names, corporate email addresses, phone numbers, and recording instructions submitted via email or telephone.
2. Confidentiality of Recorded Media
All video footage, audio stems, and interview discussions captured within our studio facility remain the exclusive intellectual and proprietary property of the booking client. We maintain strict non-disclosure procedures: uncompressed media files are preserved in encrypted local storage and transferred solely to authorized client personnel. Media files are purged from studio buffer drives 30 days post-wrap unless ongoing archival storage is agreed in writing.
3. Cookies & Google Advertising Tag
Our website utilizes essential technical cookies to remember preferences. We also incorporate the Google Ads site-wide tag (AW-18467869770) implementing Google Consent Mode v2. By default, all marketing and advertising cookies are denied upon your first visit. These cookies are only activated if you explicitly click "Accept" on our cookie preferences banner. You may decline or revoke consent at any time by clearing your browser local storage.
4. Compliance with Canadian Privacy Standards
We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Ontario provincial privacy regulations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact records with third-party data brokers.
