What file formats are delivered at the end of the session?

We deliver uncompressed 24-bit/48kHz WAV multitrack audio alongside ProRes 422 or H.265 4K video files for each isolated camera angle. Files are transferred directly to your external SSD drive or uploaded to a private high-speed secure cloud repository within 24 hours.

Is an audio and visual engineer included with the 190 EUR rate?

Yes. Every studio session includes our resident audio-visual engineer who calibrates gain levels, frames cameras, oversees lighting balances, and ensures flawless recording continuity so your creative team can focus entirely on the discussion.

Can we bring remote interview guests over Zoom, Riverside, or Skype?

Yes. We have dedicated low-latency fiber lines, broadcast-grade mix-minus setups, and a return monitor placed at eye level with the interviewer. Remote guests receive a pristine feed of the host while being recorded in pristine fidelity.

What is your studio cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty up to 48 hours before the reserved start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% reservation fee to cover held engineer time and studio lockouts.

Can our creative director or agency team monitor off-camera?

Yes. Our separate control booth features a calibrated client preview monitor, wireless audio headphones, and quiet seating for up to three producers or observers.
